About the training:

We communicate more and more via phone and Skype and want all our questions to be answered and resolved immediately. The art of a good tele-operator is to quickly and efficiently correctly answer, to find the person responsible or to take a message.

Goals

In this basic course you’ll learn to quickly and efficiently give your customer the correct answer, finding the right person or taking a message.

In this basic training of ‘Communication on the telephone’, the following subjects will be practised intensely*:

  • Telephone attitudes
  • Telecommunication: pro’ and con’s
  • Structuring a telephone conversation
  • ‘Challenging’ calls

* during the exercises we will be using a video camera and an actor to strengthen the learning process
